The state of #California keeps on awarding the #AB1054 safety certificates to #PGE each year-- despite more fires burning, with arson investigators pointing to PG&E as the cause.

Why?

Because as I mentioned, AB1054 requires the utility to make safety *plans* to get the certificate... but doesn't require PG&E to actually *be* safe.

I just donated to Warnock. If you've been annoyed at any time in the last 2 years by Manchin and Sinema blocking Democrat's agenda, you understand the importance of having 51 Senators.
