Alright, got into the library catalog in Poland but the ebook is not available. There are multiple print copies in Poland available through interlibrary loan, and international loans are not unheard of, but my two cents, your better bet is make a pilgrimage to the Library of Congress in DC. Well worth a visit.

The cul de sac is an _obstacle_ to walkability, emergency response, community. They're a symptom of lousy car-centric planning.
