The problem w/propaganda is its insinuation & intentional design to capitalize on the state of mind/gestalt of intended audiences. It's designed to snowball.

To counteract propaganda, one w'd need more than correct information correctly framed; more than point-refutation. One w'd need to work on the receiver 's mindset.
Propaganda cannot be fought directly. It needs to be starved to death by systemic changes.

I am helping a senior buy a simple pedometer. Should be simple and not for smartphone (yup, non-negotiable) , large print display and real easy to start on & off. Basic, ** accurate * step counter , nothing more should be totally fine.
