Sunday’s recipe: Italian Sunday Gravy.
I haven’t made this in over 10 years since it Is an expensive dish. Probably freeze half of it so it’ll feed us for quite a while.

@annamuneca ~ "sweet" & "hot" sausage?
Are these "Italian" sausage or...?
(thanks)
@annamuneca
Nev'mind ~ I see answer in link 🍀
@zenmudprod No problem. My brain blanked on including the descriptor of ‘Italian’ - I distinctly remember thinking as I was typing “wait, ‘sausages’ does not sound quite right but I’m gonna go with it”.
@annamuneca (Grabs big spoon, and chunk of bread) and what time is supper? Man oh man does that look good.
@GamerzATX good idea! I should pop by the store and buy a loaf of ciabatta or nice crunchy baguette to have with it.
@annamuneca
Oh, yeah! Yum!
@annamuneca I wish.... we're having TexMex instead. I'm sure I'm missing out. Lol
1-1/2 lbs flank steak, 1 lb sweet sausage, 1 lb hot sausage, 2 lbs bone-in country style ribs, 12 cloves garlic, 2 onions, tomato paste, tomato purée, diced tomato, & oregano. On high for 2 hours then low for 6.
Already smells good.
