Most people are great and very few are not. Mute or ignore the bad apples.

It’s okay to change your mind. It’s okay to pause and say “I think I read or understood that wrong” or “I was wrong about that”.

It’s okay to disagree with someone. You can disagree without tearing one another down.

Taking breaks and walking away when it gets to be too much is a good way to cope with social media use.

So… what items would be best to buy now? We have a small freezer & a vacuum sealer so I want to think of things that I should buy now that may be more expensive in the future.

Doctor let me know what might cause insurance to cover an iud replacement. I happen to know how to find the policy for the codes covered. Some key phrases documented and making sure my record reports a specific code and it might be covered.
