@Astro_yyz I tried to talk him last year about plans for my elderly mom’s care. He said he “didn’t need details” and he “can get all the information from mom”. In other words, not interested in my observations/opinions or even how I’m coping. I wasn’t surprised or angry, just relieved that he had lifted the burden of communicating with him from me. I’m respecting his request now.
