@Kinnison Actually a vegan diet can have a way more healthy variety than just bread and PB.
@Kinnison That’s like only offering pork to a Jew or Muslim offender.

@Alfred You May wish to correct the reference to Minister in Justin Trudeau’s cabinet. Pierre Poilievre has never been in Trudeau’s cabinet and the current Minister is Randy Boissonnault. Hope that helps!

Here’s a different way to look at it as an hourly pay rate…
Standard calculations use 4.33 for # of weeks per month as there are 52 weeks per year, not 48. If you are looking for an hourly rate, you would then divide by 40 hours/ week,
1) $1180 / 4.33 = $272.52 per week
2) $272.50/ 40 = $6.81/ hour
@grrlscientist Its so very hard for people to make the connection and commit to, at a very minimum, reducing their meat intake. I know people who eat animal products with *every* meal and shrug their shoulders at the factory farm cruelty, environmental carnage and detrimental health effects. All the while, I hear how they love animals and decry the Yulin dog meat festival.
People have told me “I can’t stop eating meat” and my answer is “Maybe not, but you *can eat less meat*. Yes you can.
