@suorm I would prefer an international trial. He hasn't just damaged us. And yes on the reconciliation and forgiveness bit. We're going to need help with that. We are all learning a lot about democracy. We do appreciate your concern. Just know that there are more sensible people than radicalized. The latter just get more press. And hey, look! We are FINALLY starting to face our history of repression, etc. It's the young generation that's going to change this country.

@TealAmber what I've been arguing on twitter and elsewhere is that you need to just put Trump under a fair trial. Let him receive what should be due process. He will rot in prison, next to all his criminal buddies. What he has done to your country is traitorous. You can survive, but you need to de-escalate and find a way to forgive those who were conned into voting for him. You are drowning in bullets and this is very scary to all outsiders.

2 That statute says that he keeps his job until a permanent successor is confirmed by the Senate

3 28 U.S.C. § 541(c) says U.S. Attorneys are subject to removal by the Pres

Because Berman was appointed under 546(d), even if the President can remove him he can only be replaced by:

1 Someone nominated by the President & confirmed by the Senate or

2 Someone *else* appointed by judges under 546(d)
