I wrote on here about my struggles today. I didn’t expect anyone to pay attention or read it. So I was shocked to come on here and see the tremendous amount of love and support.

I’m not going to lie to you all I still feel terrible. But if nothing else, after reading the comments, I feel less lonely.

@VaKnow22 thank you! What a wonderful idea! I have a general comment. I went to ER at least 3 times in the last 6 months for recurrent UTI. I took my 15 year old to ER twice due to her anxiety issues. Every time we are attended by different RNs, assistants who work so hard, smile, show kindness to strangers keeping aside whatever personal challenges they may be facing. We may never meet them again and we just part with words of thanks. I wish I could do more than that to those amazing people.

Ok, so day 3 of my challenge to deliver an act of kindness to a stranger stalled today.
Pretty bad depressive relapse (talk about timing!) has stopped me in my tracks.

Hopefully tomorrow I feel well enough to continue in my pursuit of kindness.
