@Mauve_matelot couldn’t agree more with this. It really does make a difference when someone replies to you when you’re feeling desperately low. I’m grateful I’ve not felt that low for a long time, I’m hoping that if I can keep myself feeling good then maybe I could put myself in a position to help people as part of my working life 🙏 Thanks for being there

My journey with #mental health has been a fairly mellow one @VaKnow22, I have a number of people who I know IRL who struggle with complex conditions and varible levels of function. It feels important to me to highlight #mentalhealth because you never know when someone is having a tough time and one post could be the difference between them seeing that they are not alone, accessing an appropriate support system or being able to share that today has been a better time.
