@JoyfullyDazed Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. Spring, I love its beginnings, and summer for the fullness of life in all of its glory. Fall is, to me, a time of celebration and rest. It is a time to count our blessings and cherish especially every good thing while it is here.

Winter is a time of deep rest and a chance to look forward to the next dawn.

Radical acceptance, loving friendship, kindness, curiosity. To "Be excellent" is to aspire not only to your best self but to encourage others to aspire as well.

To party on means to persist. To not give up on the dawn light that is our dreams. To seek relentlessly the better day and the higher path.

They are among my favorite movies of all time. I see a lot of hidden depth in those comedies.

It's an incredible and powerful statement.

I've heard it said that "Be Excellent to Each other" is too broad to be of any real meaning or substance. I disagree.

Security does not have to be visible to be present. The shooter was killed quickly because of those teams during the trump attempt, and I am certain they have redoubled their efforts since.

@jaunty I think the way that our culture thinks about exercise is broken. I am certain there are certain physical activities that you like to do. Be it a walk in the woods, or dancing, going for a swim, the list goes on and on.

We live our lives kineticly. Even the most sedentary among us must move, and has found at least temporary joy in some kind of movement.

That's the key I think. To find not just what you can endure, but what you can enjoy and love.
