This wanting to get back to writing is wearing me thin.
@corlin When I get my next car I may look into this.
@MookyTroubadour Usually when I grab my groceries and then flip my backpack on, that's when I hit that thing.
Before I get out of the car, I make sure I have my keys. Open the door, press LOCK. Shut the door. Then I pull the handle to make sure it's locked.
Am I the only one who does this?

Pots And Pans
The last I heard; you’d said you were safe
But now my heart is filled with hate
What I was brought up to believe
Was stolen from me
By some men all diseased
And now they left me with pots and pans.
All that’s left is pots and pans
All the dreams we were to have
Got washed away by another’s hands
In a visit to my door
What of the dreams that we hoped for

Howevah....Felon Von Trump has his Nazi and KKKlaners who are very ok with being on that team. Nothing will get them to switch. They may see how they could actually assist.

Sounds I hear are
the smattering.
The pitter pattering of rain
outside

door.
What does this bring?
A quiet side.
No chance of earth collides
with thoughts
a drift
inside.

No longer missile shots.
Just a sound which makes you
beg for more.
Serene takes away rancor.

Let's just say I'm a bit ticked off. Some may know I do a bit of writing. Hoping the new website will be back in a couple weeks.
ANYWAY, I went to submit last minute to a good friend's book, and I screwed up the submission and then it didn't happen. All my bad. So, I may post a few bits here n there.
Ugh, why did I choose to write? Looked back at some older things and was all like "What in hell??" and started making corrections.
New website in a couple weeks if I don't just hit Delete on everything, lol.
At this point I'd like to thank all the north NJ people that went down the Shore. We have plenty of parking, lower traffic and seats in restaurants up here now.
I will finally start to look at my stuff and see what writing to submit. I had to actually go back and figure out what I already had published.
It's been a while. Here is one. I'll copy & paste more semi soon.
