Before I get out of the car, I make sure I have my keys. Open the door, press LOCK. Shut the door. Then I pull the handle to make sure it's locked.

A year ago my neighbor bought a new truck. It had all the bells and whistles. NFC keys and wireless start. The first thing he did was drive it to a mechanic and have all of that removed or disabled.
