@FireMonkey @MrGoat yeah, I see this "progressive" idea all the time. A portion of the money would be much better spent over a couple decades investing in food, water, energy, medical, and climate science research. There are many areas where $100B could immensely help a smaller population, e.g., the 530K homeless in America, but handing out money is the worst method.
