Our new chocolate pound cake flew off the table this weekend, but I couldn’t sell a cheesecake to save my life, even though everyone loved it. We have to make them smaller.

@AlphaCentauri I’m so sorry! Maybe one day. I love Philly!! My Mommom, the one we named the bakery after and that’s her handwriting in our logo, was a big Eagles fan. Also, the amazing artist who came up with our logo is in Philly. So, I’d say the odds are good we’ll get there one day!

Another big baking day followed by delivery (4 hours away). I now have to wear compression socks because I’ve been pushing myself too hard. 8 more pies, then the baking is done for a few days!
