So, my dog sitter is the Saint Roch of the modern era, and, as she does, she collected a runaway pup who was out in the road with its sibling/buddy (she couldn’t catch the brother). The dog had a collar, no tags, but quite clearly belongs somewhere. She’s checked with surrounding homes, took to the vet to scan for a chip (none), and is now putting up fliers.
