Quite like Havarti but with more flavor.
Works well with pretty much anything. Grapes, fruits, crackers, bread, jams...

All rounder for sncking and cooking and creamy texture!

Whipped ricotta (try home made too!) with herbs! I like chives and basil, sometimes roasted garlic on top.

But the mild, slightly sour cheese get the taste buds ready for the stronger cheeses.

One of my favorites is the French Morbier, with a line of ash separating morning milk from evening milk. Mild, creamy, and sometimes a tiny bit smoky.

A nice, mild to medium tasting staple for all my cheesy adventures. Pairs well with crackers, grapes, apple slices..

So Gouda I can eat it every day.
