I think from now on, whenever I see someone driving around with truck nuts on their jacked up f-150, I'm going to tell them I was the model those nuts were made from. They have MY nuts on his truck.

Dinner tonight: We had homemade focaccia with onions, sage, and Parmesan, with salami, cheese, peppers, and olives (and an olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper dipping sauce). RosΓ© for me and IPA for him.

Phillipine / Thai ish curry over rice with the glue gill and sweet taters
It could use some lemon grass in the curry, but I don't have any. The flavors will really be good tomorrow on the left overs when they have time to mesh up.
I didn't have any Thai curry paste, so just winging it with what I have in the house. I think I'm pretty close, though it is missing lemon grass. Put it into some coconut creme and simmering now. It's going over rice with blue gill and sweet potatoes.
