I just had my first apple from a tree we planted three years ago called Cox Orange Pippin. It is a very sweet apple with a lot of flavorβnice. πππ

Didnβt feel like messing with the pressure washer so I got out my cleaner, brush, and the water hose and hit the high spots. Vinyl wasnβt that dirty. Burned more calories this way too. Figured I needed to get it done before cold weather moves in and it feels like summer outside now.
I took some of that coffee syrup whipped cream from earlier and stuck it in the freezer.

Had a little heavy cream sitting in the fridge. So made coffee whipped cream using the coffee syrup.
I'm glad it was only a little cream left, otherwise this is dangerous.
Spam musubi for breakfast. Used teriyaki coconut aminos to cook the spam, then kimchi furikake and onion chili crunch on the rice. The nori is toasted sesame flavored too. Not pretty, but I don't have a musubi press
if you have not tried Boba ice cream with taro.. you should.. perfect treat
