I climbed up to the top of a bluff this afternoon to enjoy a wider view of the tumultuous sea

The wind was lashing harshly

A much-older man exclaimed to his wife, “I feel like a kite up here!” They laughed as the wind buffeted them. My scarf whipped in agreement.

His giddy pleasure added a touch of magic to the moment.
