I am usually bothered when a politician makes a clear public promise to voters, then breaks it. I was unhappy when Joe broke his promise to not run for a second term.

@Liliki We are likely going to need to do more of this kind of thing if payments to providers for Medicaid & Medicare are cut. Even patients not using these government programs will probably be affected, at least to some extent. This is a big problem for anyone too old, sick, poor or otherwise resource limited. 🥺
