Got this nice throwback photo of a trip to Disneyland in 1972 from my sister. That's her on the far left, sitting along with my cousin Eric, Aunt Tami, me, and cousin Jeff. Gotta love my hairstyle. 😎

At yesterday's staff meeting:

Boss: "Can you add some more ad units to the website?"

Me: "How many?"

Boss: "At least four times as many as we have now. Per page."

Back to the (virtual) design board...

It was an early morning yesterday
I was up before the dawn
And I really have enjoyed my stay
But I must be moving on ... to more coffee

😎 ☕ 🌅

Continuing my week of adulting, I mowed my lawn today. And broke my weed whacker.

Off to the hardware store. What could possibly go wrong? 😎

The life of a morning traffic reporter:

Nothing happening
Nothing happening
Nothing happening
Nothing happening
Nothing happening
(sun comes up)
ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE

Alright, I admit it. Sometimes when I wave my hands in the air, I actually do care.

Waking up to the (hopefully) last cold snap of the Spring -- it's 38 degrees here in Tennessee -- and wondering if there is anything I could consume to help warm me up.

Something dark. And hot. And with a bit of a "wake-me-up" kick.

Hmm... there's gotta be something.

So today I've finished the overhaul of the website, did a load of laundry, a load of dishes, and vacuumed the entire house.

That's enough adulting for the week.

I’m pretty well known for my love of tropical shirts. My sister asked if I had ever considered getting a full Hawaiian suit. Not just a shirt, but a full suit.

Well... look what I just found online. Hmmm... should I buy this? 😎

I wonder if cops ever get annoyed at the fact that everyone they drive behind obeys the speed limit.

I'm pretty sure that if I'm shot through the heart and you're to blame, whether or not you give love a bad name is pretty low on my list of priorities...

I've been working with a large software company in helping to test their AI image generation software, and I think it's got a pretty good handle on what I look like (or at least, what I looked like thirty years ago). 😎 😁

Putting a light in the refrigerator is God's way of telling us that it's okay to eat before going to bed.

Some people should come with subtitles. Just saying...

Working within someone else's website design is often a challenge, in trying to work with the tools they have to create what I see in my head as "correct".

With that said, I think I've got a good handle on things so far.
