There are things I do to cope with stress- walking, running, playing pickleball. I also read, watch something funny on tv, do jigsaw puzzles. I try to focus my attention on something other than myself.
Chant, meditate and walk.
Since eliminating refined sugar, chocolate is a long-lost friend.

I listen to music or play my guitar (or both).
If that doesn't work and I am at home, I take a bath.
Sometimes I pray.

Same as Stuey, but I have also found a good hour at the gym leaves me pretty stress free.
@GaryPoole Go for a run or read a book. They're short-term fixes but help they help distract my brain for a little bit.

Nothing. I do a lot of nothing because everything else stresses me out. When that doesn't work, I take CBD.

Also go for a walk or a drive.
