I'm curious: what's your favorite spice?
Just putting this out there ahead of time, in case somebody wants to get me something nice for Christmas this year. I think this small little stocked liquor cabinet would look great under my tree. I mean, I have been a very good boy this year... 😇

My boss has been out of the office for over a month. Today was her first day back. When she saw me, she went to give me a hug at the same time as I handed her a welcome back cupcake.

Mini Bread Maker - I love this recipe. (swapped 1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar w/Honey)
3/4 Cup - Water - room temp
1-1/2 Cup - Bread Flour - sifted
2/3 Cup - Rye Flour - sifted
2 Tbsp - Honey
1-1/2 Tbsp - Dry Milk
1/2 tsp - Salt
1Tbsp - Butter
1 tsp - Active Dry Yeast

I got into oat breads a few years back and really like them for sandwiches.
Today is National Sandwich Day, which leads us to the question of the day: What's the best bread for a sandwich?
