Which we've now scheduled for 30 days out, as I told them I have a med card but will lay off until I can pass.

Mail or drop off. If you've given them your email or your phone number for a text, you get a notice that it was received and then a day or so later you get a notice that it was accepted. Which means it passed signature and other checks and is waiting to be counted on election day.
Also Washington and/or Oregon IIRC.
