Well, after a Google of his name, I found that he took his own life. I am unbelievably heartbroken. Not for me, for him. His wife. His son. His sister.

He was my first love. My first heartbreak. We had some tough experiences together, that we've shared with no one else.

Addiction is fucking awful.

Husband took me to Barnes and Noble, and told me to get whatever I wanted. $200 later......lol

Then we went to the mall, for pretzels, lemonade and Cinnabons. He also bought me TWO Loungefly bags, cause I couldn't decide between them.

He was intent on spoiling me today, and I say "Mission Accomplished!" lol 😍

I just found out my High School boyfriend passed away last year. On my birthday, as it happens. He was only 42.

I don't know the what/why, but I do know he struggled with alcohol when we were young. It's part of why I broke up with him.

I still have the ring he gave me for my 18th birthday....

Not real sure how I am supposed to feel about this...

My hubbs has a cough, and while at home coughs like a fucking toddler. Mouth open, tongue out, no covering. *sigh*

He covers and is much more polite in public, but like damn. I don't wanna be walking through your germy cough clouds, my friend! lol

My daughter has Homecoming this Saturday. She bought a DRESS. This girl hasn't worn a dress since my Mom died in 2016. lol She wore a vest and bowtie to homecoming last year.

Dropping daughters car off at the shop today. Soon, I will have my 4Runner back and she will be driving her own vehicle! Not that I have anywhere to go anyway.....lol

One of my neighbors chickens found it's way into my yard this morning. Tormund almost had himself a fresh chicken breakfast, cause I sure as hell wasn't gonna jump in between the two. lol

After his initial chase, he stopped trying to eat it and just sniffed it. Managed to shoo it out the front gate, sent the neighbor a text. That's as good as you're getting from me. Secure your chickens better!!

Mogwai has been refusing food recently. At first I thought she was just being picky, cause she does that sometimes. But now she's refusing treats, cheese, pepperoni....😕 When she's being picky she'll still eat those things, just not her food.

So, now I'm getting a little worried. She seems fine otherwise, her disposition is good. *sigh* I wouldn't be able to get her seen anytime soon, even if I had the money for a vet visit. They're always booked weeks out. :(

We ordered Quiznos last night, for dinner. I always order through the Quiznos app, but they recently started having DoorDash deliver (they used to deliver on their own).

It took almost an hour and a half to arrive. Long time, but whatever, it happens. I didn't complain or anything.

I just got an email from Quiznos saying they are refunding my whole order, cause DoorDash took too long to deliver! 😲

Finally saw a Cybertruck in the wild today.

Stupidest fucking things I've ever seen, man. My daughter and I were both like "WHY?!?!" when we saw it. lol

It is a rainy day on the #pnw! MUCH needed!!! I am thrilled.

I ordered some groceries for my son, but I am just going to tell him the Walmart app glitched, and ordered double of what I ordered and that we won't use it all before it goes bad. lol Do you think he'll believe me?? 🤣

Kiddo came by for some dish soap and left with 4 bags of food, dish soap and $40. He just started a new job and payday is a ways out, he and his GF are strapped right now. I remember how we struggled at his age and how my parents helped when they could. I'm so glad we are in a position to help them a bit.

I will forever be grateful to the man at the pot shop that recommended tinctures for my anxiety. It's been a big help with managing it.
