My goal, for the next 10 days while Hubbs is gone, is to not leave the house, except to take the kids to/from school.

I've plenty to do here...Weeding, planting, cleaning, cooking. Reading, video games, watching shows. If I need groceries, I'll get em delivered.
I love being a lil hermit. lol

Went to Lowes with my daughter this morning, for a gallon of paint.....

$180 later we have paint, painting supplies, bird seed and a new Clematis to add to the front garden.

Hubbs leaves for South Korea on Sunday. For 10 days.

I'm nervous about it. He's excited.

It'll be the longest we've been apart in the 21 years we've been together. 😕

I finished "American Beauty" by Shana Abe last night. I guess it's loosely based on a real person, which I didn't realize going in.

It was alright. Kind of a Rags to Riches story that starts in 1865ish.

I am going to have to put my foot down, with my teenagers.

Neither one of them has a drivers license. They have been through driver's ed, they COULD get them, they don't want to. My son (18) is scared to drive, my daughter(17) says she's "too busy" to study for the test. Yet, they still want social lives, but expect my hubbs and I to give them rides.

I am done. You want a social life? Get your license. They have 2 cars sitting in the driveway they could drive! They can take mine too! SMH

I am sleepy today! Didn't sleep all that well, woke up 2 or 3 times just to pee. 🙄

Hydration is important, but at almost 42 and after 3 kids....It's rather annoying. Lol

Tormund (Carin Terrier) horked up a lump of something furry last night....right onto my bed. I think it was a mole, but I didn't examine it too closely. lol 15lbs Murder Machine, he is! #dog

Went to pick up groceries from Wally World yesterday, but their power was out, so I couldn't get my stuff. They called and said I could reschedule or cancel my order through the app.

No option to reschedule, so I cancel. Well, the cancel is taking forever, and there is still a hold on my money, so I cannot re-order yet, cause I don't want DOUBLE of everything, in case my original order doesn't actually get canceled.....*sigh*

I picked out a nice big Lay Z Boy chair and ottoman for my craft room today! Hubbs bought it for my birthday! (Birthday is in July) So, now he has 6-8 weeks to move his shit outta my craft room and into his future Man Cave. lol

Sooooooon I shall have my own space! I havent had my own space in over 20 years!!

Woke up to a semi-sick doggo. Tormund had pooped in his kennel, then was screaming (I've never heard him make those sounds) to be let out, then screamed when he tried to poop. :( He ate breakfast, no problem and he's playing/running around....But his poop was just a small, runny bit and he keeps licking his booty. *sigh* I think these dogs have caused me more stress than my human kids! lol #Dogs #DogsofCoso

Funeral was awful. Open casket. No mentions of the loss of the baby. They released MYLAR BALLOONS, right under power lines, I thought my husband was going to have a coronary (he works for the city utility). He told the funeral director "Hey, bad idea, don't do that" and the dude just laughed him off. 🙄 BIL said he didn't know who's idea it was, but that his GF would have hated it. *sigh*

Funeral today for BIL's girlfriend and their baby. Oof. Gonna be a tough one. 💔 I didn't know her very well, but this whole situation is so fuckin tragic, it's gonna be hard to see her girls.....

I have one wisdom tooth, that about once a year, likes to try and wiggle through my gums, which then makes my mouth sore for a few days.

It is doing it now. Mouf soooore! Stupid toof.

I just had to download a "whites cycle" for my new washing machine, cause it wasn't on the dial. It has a setting to wash WATERPROOF CLOTHING, but not a cycle for whites.

Yesterday was tough. I was a pretty big mess last night, but once I managed to calm down enough to sleep, I slept well and didn't wake 100 times.

I feel better today. Tired. A tad jittery, but 1000% better than yesterday, so I'll take it. Lol #Anxiety #Stress

My daughter, who is a junior in high school, will have enough credits to graduate THIS year. I am really fucking proud of her. So, her Senior year, is just a fuck around year. lol

I think today is going to be a "lay in bed and watch TV" day.

Holy cow, it's quiet!! The last one sounded like it was going to take flight, when it was on the spin cycle! I have the laundry room door open, and can only hear a faint rumble. This pleases me greatly!!

I really dislike hearing my appliances. I bought a Samsung dishwasher, solely because it was the quietest one Lowes had. lol
