Took daughters car in for some recall work. Husband noticed there was no heat. Asked them to look and let us know. They wanted $1,600 to replace the heater coil. Another over $600 for front brakes, and $65 to replace windshield wipers. As well as flushing some fluids.
I said they could suck my left ovary. Ain't no fuckin' way.
@Evereigh don’t know where you are but every auto parts store I know of will change the wiper blades for free if you buy them there, seems like you need to find another repair shop.
@Countessa It was the Volkswagen dealership, so its absolutely overpriced. We are going to go to our local small shop mechanic for the actual work.
