Still uncertain what damaged the gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea

Estonia's Minister of Defense believes that the gas pipeline between Estonia and Finland was damaged with great violence. At the same time, NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg says that the alliance will "respond decisively" if the damage to the leadership was done deliberately. However, it is not yet clear how the damage was caused - or by whom.

Had a chuckle at the pharmacy today.

I was looking for generic Lotrimin. It was offered in multiple versions, but all had the same dosage. And many had the same size tube.

BUT price varied depending on what part of the body it was used for.

The foot version was the cheapest, so that's what I bought. But if you wanted it for the family jewels, price went up significantly.

The situation continues to worsen for Indigenous women. Over the last ten years, the number of Indigenous federally sentenced women increased by 60%, growing from 168 in March 2009 to 270 in March 2018.

At the end of the reporting period, 40% of incarcerated women in Canada were of Indigenous ancestry.

This is a friendly reminder that, when there is a strike that inconveniences you, your civic duty as a member of the working/middle class is to show solidarity w/ striking workers by - at very least - being patient and not complaining too much.

Sure, it's inconvenient to not be able to get whatever good or service, but you know what's even more inconvenient? Not being able to make a living wage, having no sick leave, and so on.
