@singlemaltgirl I know, I used to make these goddamn things at a restaurant for brunch haha! *our* regular human pancake recipes are good for about ?20 cakes?. Try doing dry and wet ingredients for about a quarter batch (remember, these things get BIG), you’ll get four cakes and a bunch of extra champagne which I recommend you make Shirley temples but it’s half champagne instead of gingerale

@singlemaltgirl oh yeah…done properly the resulting pancake is the same dimensions as a hockey puck made of clouds. You need to do this VERY quickly.

Great cooking thing: use champagne instead of water in your pancake batter. Make them about a quarter of the size you think you would make a pancake though, okay?

@mikeflstfi back in time when we were kids starting bands, we clearly wanted to be the most brutal heavy metal band on the planet, but simultaneous to that our musicianship really only allowed covering Blink 182 and Weezer haha
