How many days should I wait to see a doctor if I've been having a constant low-level headache? 2 on a scale 0-10.

@0x56

have you tried neck massage? i sometimes get headaches from neck/upper back tension. too much screen time bent neck.

also resting the neck over a roll pillow can help.

if that doesn't work, and you're well hydrated and nourished, then i'd consider a doctor's visit.

let it pass🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@holon42 - thanks. No... I haven't tried a massage. (Never liked people touching me) I'll try the pillow thing tho. I do keep hydrated and I've actually been eating slightly healthier than usual.

@0x56

you can massage your own neck. lying on your back, working the muscles in the neck and shoulder area.

@0x56 one other possibility is dry furnace air dries out sinuses. try breathing in steam, with vicks is good. that could help.

@0x56 chug water as they will ask but don't wait too long💙

@0x56

If you feel the need to ask, it's this many days.

Hope all is well. I have two types of migraines - one causes a low level pain that seemingly goes on forever. A friend had chronic headaches for years from her high blood pressure that went away once she finally accepted treatment. So there are an insane number of causes - most are not life threatening, thankfully.

@Agatha - right.

So knowing me, and I think I have at least a passing familiarity, I'll take up waiting three more weeks (double what I've been "given permission"' to act)
