My theory is few will protest as many insurrectionists went to prison.
And Trump never pardoned one of them.
A President can pardon even if you are not charged (see Nixon). Weird but true.

@feloneouscat well he couldn't because they weren't charged until he had already left office, but we all know he isn't going to pardon anyone but himself if he gets back in
