I'm excited to share that I officially accepted a promotion at work today. I'm so thrilled, but I don't want to spread the news to people I work with until the official announcement goes out, so I'm sharing it here instead. Hope others here are having some big wins in their lives too!

I will never understand why people buy concert tickets then talk through the performance. In addition to being rude, it's also a waste of time and money to miss the show they paid for. 😑

I have a good friend who was banned from the bird app as a condition of Elon's purchase several months ago. Yesterday he gets a call from an unrecognized number in San Francisco. The call went something like this...

"We're willing to reinstate your account with once condition- you agree not to post disparaging tweets about Mr. Musk."

"Yeah that's not something I'm willing to agree to. No thanks."

(It's astounding to me that anyone believes the things this man says anymore.) #musk

I still have work to do and don't get me wrong, I feel good about where I'm at and where I'm headed, but there's clearly some other work I need to do to get my head in the right space.

So just thinking about how silly my thoughts are sometimes. I have lost 40 lbs in the last few months by working my ass off- eating well & moving consistently. Instead of just accepting that for the tremendous accomplishment it is, I also find myself feeling embarrassed. I'm a short woman, so I keep thinking, "Will people hear that number and be disgusted that I had that much to lose to begin with?" or "Will people be aghast that I've lost so much, and I'm still not at a healthy weight?"

Such a pretty #Indiana evening tonight. Now off to bed to get up early for the lunar eclipse and to #vote #CoSoPhotography

I've been here a few days now, and I'm loving it. I never really introduced myself though- so here goes. I work to improve our processes & systems as a call center manager at a specialty pharmacy. In my down time I'm trying be healthier- eating better and moving more. I'm a mom of three- 1 in the workforce, 1 about to graduate high school, and 1 in elementary. I love reading, watching sci-fi & fantasy, and going to a many concerts as I can afford. I'm super introverty. #CoSoIntroductions
