@Kurtroedeger So it would start with some lightly dusted calamari and excellent marinara, followed by perfectly seared scallops, and then move into the king crab portion of the meal, and then the soup course would be waygu beef pho, followed by a main course of medium NY waygu strip steak frites, with a chimichurri sauce, and closing out with a black forest cake. It would be my last meal, because I'd be dead after eating all of that food.

A good rustic loaf for me, and since this is a last meal, I won't have to worry about the mango allergy so that is getting in their some how. Maybe added to a cheese course for a little brightness and acidity

If I had a last meal, it would be a nine course meal in Italy which would include a porcini mushroom and truffle Alfredo pasta course, some fresh fennel as a starter, a nice Florentine beef steak, loads of wine, ending with some beautiful fruit, cheese and possibly a dark chocolate cake. Because a last meal needs two desserts. The other courses could be a surprise. A dinner like this would last hours.

@Kurtroedeger Whew! In that case... Grandma's arroz con pollo, homemade beans, homemade tortillas, pork spiced tamales. A meal and its flavor I'll never taste again, for sure.

Either a juicy steak or Fried chicken + mashed potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob, collard greens, stuffing, cranberry sauce, warm buttered cornbread, ending with a slice of peach or pumpkin pie.
@Kurtroedeger That is a tough one. If I had an unlimited budget, my last meal would have to be an enormous buffet where all my loved ones could eat with me. The thing I'd want about a last meal is company.
But if I had to pick one right now? I'd be bummed as hell. My family would not be able to afford giving me something like a sushi dinner or a steak, but they'd try. It would be a hardship. I'd end up eating a peanut butter sandwich and being depressed.
I hate dying poor. Nobody should do it.
