Heart feels like it might explode out of my chest. Body shaking, unable to breathe; light headed and anxious. An intense desire to escape, scream and the urge to cry for no reason.
Knowing it's an anxiety attack isn't making it any better.
Take care of yourself. I'm glad you're here. Do what it takes to ensure that you remain here.
Focus on your breathing. Are you in a physically safe place where you can ride this out?

Oh geez! I'm so sorry that you are going through this! Try breathe work. Light a candle if you have one and focus on the flame. Picture yourself surrounded by a healing, white light. Think of things that make you happy and relaxed. Sending you much love, light and healing Reiki energy. 💙🫂🙏✨️
