I get that the original song is not public domain, and this tchotchke company didn't want to pay the royalties. They could have:

a) Used one of the hundreds of Christmas songs that are PD, and...

b) Had sometime with even elementary music reading proficiency make this look like real music is supposed to look.

It's not so much that they got this particular song wrong. Not enough notes for syllables, the melody (if you can call it that) doesn't fit the indicated key, the left-hand piano (?) part is showing rolled chords for everything...

Basically someone took a bunch of music symbols and shat them out on a piece of wood.

They did manage to get the right number of beats in each measure and got the stem directions right, but so can my 3rd graders.
