The space behind the water is roughly 16x20 or so.. here is a wide view
The zen garden will be a triangle wedge front top waterfall, this will even out the space
Planning for walking stones, Meditation chairs and likely a small covered pergola or gazebo. And surfaces for yoga π§ββοΈ

Given the new propublica reveal I thought I'd post something applicable.
And this is quite specific.
When I saw the new story, I didn't feel anger or rage or anxiety - that's one of the benefits of #mindfulness and once you don't feel bad emotional triggers you are FREE.
Really is the one true freedoms that we all have that dramatically improves your quality of life.

Our mind/consciousness absolutely needs training. This is so effective and astonishing when it "hits" you after some practice.
Recently I've taught my son and together we are making incredible progress with his alc use disorder.
It's been 2.5 years of 2 steps forward and 1 step back misery (I track this in 30 day cycles)
Since startind mindful examination and pulling out the positive improvements each cycle - We have not had any steps back in 45 days.

What does this π mean?
Happiness/joy comes during mindfulness practice.
When I started, I focused on watching my cats and their interactions.. what I found were moments of fun & joy.
Then I focused on gratitude and how grateful I am for everything I have. My home/family etc & WOW! The joy that came was the kind of joy you feel in your heart β€οΈ.
