It's absolutely wild how many men fantasize about women getting hurt because women said they are scared of men.

I have mentioned that Chonky likes roasted jalapenos and broccoli, and nopales. Cooked mushrooms. He goes nuts over dangling noodles and if I'm eating spaghetti or ramen, he will try to climb into my plate.

But I don't think I've mentioned seaweed. Toasted nori. One of his favorite things ever. He goes positively gaga, his eyes go huge and he waits to pounce on strips of the stuff.

Anna does not recognize any of these as food, but likes soy milk, which Chonky doesn't.

It's wild how much nothing all that money buys, and how long they have been able to sustain that.

Effective Altruism sounds great at first, but you only have to dig about a millimeter to find the fascist thinking.

@janallmac @jaunty @CinnamonGirlE People are mad because there is a school funding referendum every few years. If the schools were adequately funded, we would not need these referendums. The arguments I hear from people are just awful: racist comments about handing out condoms, as people shouldn't have kids if they cant afford to feed them (which FYI does not come out of property taxes), calls for sterilization if kids require free lunch.

Oh man, I love this.
Would just use it like a shack and not worry about whether it's driveable.

I *had* a MySpace, but didn't use it much. I was more of a LiveJournal user.

And lived with my folks for a time when they had AOL.

"I got shit to say about all this protest stuff. But it ain't necessary nor helpful. So I don't."

Yeah. I know my opinions on protest in general, and these in specific, would not go over well with a lot of folks here, and expressing them here would not make a bit of difference.

So it's not the place for me to talk about the subject.
