The rubber sealers around my cars’ windows melted this summer here in Austin. I’d say it’s been pretty hot. 🙃
@tyghebright @JPSCHWEIZER63 @EnochianEntropy it was ridiculously hot at DFW during our layovers a few weeks ago. So much so that the AC quit on the plane and we had to unboard & rebook.

I sometimes imagine what this summer would be like if I were living in one of the houses I've rented in the past--where the AC only cooled 12-14 degrees below the exterior temp.
I am grateful every day that I'm in an apartment with excellent AC right now.
