I'm 42... Been working full-time since I was 15, (occasionally a couple jobs at once too) in everything from food service to retail to warehouse management to graphic artist to call centers to IT dept.
Just got a promotion today into my first *salaried* position ever. From physical labor in a furniture store to visual manager.

@Jezibaba @LiberalLibrarian I recommend "He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not" and "Happenstance" as other fantastic films starring her. Happenstance also has a similar style and is by many of the same people, ending up retitled "Amelie 2" on some DVDs, despite coming out first and not being any of the same characters.

@L4v3nd3r They might just not be using so much of the additive they put in that gives it the smell?

@DarksideStraxus Yeah, even IF Heidi had known about him and Holly, even IF the fans he solicited pics from were over 18.... He's still a perv and a predator. The fact that Miss Editor straight up quit said a LOT to me. To me, the only people who stuck with him and defended are straight incels.
Hell, the Grumps even pulled down every vid that had him a few days in advance to the public incident... His own "besties" disavowed him... As entertaining as he was, there's a line.

@Martha My lifelong issue with this is that while the one side (upper or lower) is going one direction, the other side is going the opposite! Is clockwise right or is it left?? The top of the circle goes right; the bottom of the circle goes left... #ocdmoments

Watching Price Is Right, and the brand name DAKOTAH comes on screen, and I read it aloud as "Kadokatah" before deciding I needed sleep.

@estherschindler I was so upset that they announced this literally 2 days after my monthly GrubHub+ subscription resubbed.... I'm wondering if I cancel before next month's payment, if I can get a year free!
