@nevikjames First time hearing about this one. Looks great. Will keep it on my radar.

Thx for the share!

@Valkai For sure. I heard a lot about it before finally getting a PS5, but you gotta feel it to really understand.

@thewebrecluse I'll have to check this one out. I've only seen the audio design one, which I found absolutely fascinating.

Can't wait for this reboot myself!

@panaflax @thewebrecluse

I've been keeping my eye on the System Shock....reboot that seems to be on the horizon.

I played the demo when it originally came out. Pretty short, and that was a few years ago, but might be worth checking out.

I'm less familiar with the originals, and only put time into SS2 that I can remember.

@Museek @Xponent At the very least, there is truth to the use of religious rhetoric as smoke and mirrors.

They're always holding a cross in one hand, then doing something devious with the other, behind their backs.

This piece touches on something that seems plausible, imo. They're absolute monsters.

ICYMI article from May 2019

—Ignore the religious rhetoric and moral posturing about . This debate is not about the sanctity of life. It is about corporate capitalists who desperately need more bodies and intend to coerce women to produce them.

—The architecture of the corporate state is designed to disempower

—It is about the labor of bearing and rearing children: who will do it and who will pay for it.

Due to rape and sex trafficking, Native American women and girls will be more vulnerable if access to services is restricted.

This is not the first time indigenous women’s reproductive rights have been trampled… forced sterilization in the sixties and seventies was devastating.

The GQP needs to keep their hands off of women and girls. Period. Only women have the right to make decisions concerning our bodies.

What laws give government the power to make decisions about men’s bodies?

@Kalos @Keep_on_Kraken I admittedly don't remember playing the actual game myself, but I definitely remember this one.

We had some Cisco phones at work many years ago that had this programmed as a ring. It was great, and I should see if that is still a thing....

Solidarity to anyone who is struggling with the news. You are not alone in your outrage. 💚

@amarand How will you manage to eat them now? They're looking at each other, shocked, that this is the end.

@RedWorld Welcome! I am pretty sure there a few FFXIV players around here. I'm currently on a break away from it, but my server player name are in my profile. :)

You'll probably get some more eyes on gaming, and FF, related posts if you use

Cheers!
