Sugar free sweeties for me due to diabetes.
Lots of fruit, too.
Ice cold water seems to be really helping when I get a craving. Not sure why.
I'm not quitting so in order to avoid tobacco I've bought a cheap little pipe and I'll probably teach myself to make edibles eventually. It's only an occasional treat for me anyway. Maybe once a month/6 weeks.

I'm eating healthy snacks like fruit and drinking *a lot* of fluids. The lollipops are a nice treat but can't overdo artificial sweeteners for π½ reasons π€£
yes, changing tobacco for sweets is not good either, but occasionally. gum too.
@stueytheround Good luck! I tried many replacements but the only thing that eventually worked was meeting GingerCat who absolutely wouldn't put up with it.
