Well then I'd expect the ACLU to push back on every gag order issued by every Judge. And I don't think they are. (Please correct me if I'm wrong). And therein lies the problem.
If you want to dismiss as unimportant the current attempts in GOP-led states to rewrite or even eliminate teaching African-American History, just ask yourself this question: On whose ancestral lands is your home standing? #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth

@Keysalagain
OMG. Please. 😕
@AskTheDevil
Thanks. I appreciate the intent. But free speech is not without limit. That means there must be human judgement employed to determine where the limit is.
As you say, in this case it's very easy to see that Trump's speech is being fairly limited. So I can't understand why the ACLU didn't easily see it too.
An organization that tone deaf and judgmentally flawed does not get my money for support.

I say, if you can't build a playoff calibre defense with guys like Sweat and Young, you need a coaching change - not a couple more 3rd round picks.

Good for you Judge!
Never have I seen a more perfect example of an organization misjudging it's own reason for existence than this action by the #ACLU.
This pointless nitpicking and failure to see the nose on their own face is stunning and so disappointing by the ACLU.
I'm a member. But I'm now wondering if that should continue.

😀 I've thought about it many times. Perhaps this is the year.
@YouInMyEye
Yep. I'm looking at those same 3 piles right here in my bedroom.
@Museek I was at White Sands Missile Range. I did almost all my traveling in the South (Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Cloud Croft). We did get up to Truth or Consequences and as far as Alburquerque.
I wish I had been able to visit Santa Fe. Someday.
@Museek
I spent 3 wonderful years there back in my days of Army service. It's a beautiful, restful, inspiring place. I often think of returning. Perhaps one day, . . .
As the Chese/Kracken saga unfolds,
not only does the DA have two new key witnesses,
she no longer has to present the entire case for just two of the 19 defendants.
It seems increasingly clear that DA Willis knows her shit and has a masterful and effective plan to bring these bums to justice.
