@bigstape
Wow. And they are all defendants in the same RICO case.

Why should they get to obfuscate and delay like this?

There should be a judge somewhere with the authority to decide, once and for all, what jurisdiction THE case belongs in. And a judge should be able to decide a single, appropriate trial date for everyone.

. . . Naaaaa. That would be too simple for our American judicial system. What was I thinking?

@CharlieKruse_474
My friend, please don't confuse "religion" with "Christianity". There are many religions that do not fit your description.

: Judge rejects Meadows’ bid to remove Fulton County criminal case to federal court

The court found that Meadows exceeded his role as WH chief of staff by working directly with the Trump campaign.

*waaaa waaaa waaaaaaah*

documentcloud.org/documents/23

:
Judge declines to move Mark Meadows case to federal court.
"Meadows was unable to explain the cope of his authority as chief of staff."

The Presidential Centers joint statement, released yesterday, asserts:

“Civility and respect in political discourse, whether in an election year or otherwise, are essential.”

I freely confess that I struggle mightily to afford respect to anyone who lies, denies simple facts, and doesn't care about the health and voting rights of BIPOC, women and LGBTQ Americans.

I'm sorry, (not sorry). Sue me.

@okika_hilo
Yeah, I also have the feeling there's another shoe to drop in DC. Not sure about Fulton Co.

My uninformed opinion is that DA. Willis, having done extensive investigation and preparation, and being absolutely expert in RICO cases, is just ready to rock and roll on the current 19.

But I'll be watching, along with everyone.

In other news from the G20 Summit:

The President and the Indian Prime Minister hold a private bilateral meeting.

(To Whom It May Concern,
In this context there is no difference between a "bilateral meeting" and a "meeting". )

@YouInMyEye
Hey, how did you get a picture from inside my house? 😀

@jackdetate
Yes. And you gotta love MSNBC's Katie Phang. She's entertaining and very informative.

@PaganMother @LnzyHou
That's ok. I just got finished getting all my wits together. But then I forgot where I put them. ☹️ 😀

@CyberPlayGround

Paranoid and delusional you say?

Wow.

Blinding Flash of the Obvious (BFO)

(and still we have news media covering him like a normal political candidate).

@PaganMother I also see the advantage of a 4 day week for schools and a lot of work in corporate America as well.

I'm just saying classroom hours are a big part of an effective learning system. And we haven't been getting enough.

I am almost never in favor of anything expressed by Senate Republicans. But I am in favor of this one.

Tuberville is wrong. His hold is destructive. But it makes no sense to continue having no approved promotions at all when you can vote on them individually.

Our military branches need permanent commanders. I join the call on Schumer to get that done.

@PoliTees I agree that 4 longer days could be better for learning, save money, help teachers, etc. But they aren't talking about longer days, as near as I can tell.

I. think we've needed more classroom hours for many years now.
