Tried one of the various mushroom coffee trends going around. It's actually not so bad. When I add my caramel syrup and almond milk like I would to my normal cold brew.. it's pretty similar. 👍

@feloneouscat I have neighbors who don't care. It's a known fact that anything that goes up into the air is illegal in CT, but everyone does it anyway. They also love the obnoxiously loud boom ones. Last year the set a bunch off that made me think a car exploded.

I get that the majority of people probably don't have to work tomorrow, but come on. Who needs to be shooting off fireworks at midnight? I barely convinced Nimoy it was safe to go outside and pee and then BOOM. He stopped mid-pee and ran for the porch. Thanks, jerks.

I had a dream I was at my high school graduation party, except it was now instead of in 2000. I decided it was no fun for me and chose to leave and walk home. Luckily the party was happening in the same town and since it was now, now 24 years ago, I had gps in my phone to show me the route home.

I appreciate when a podcast tells me there's a Lifetime movie made about the case they're talking about. This one is bananas. It's the story of Betty Broderick and there's a scene where she throws all her husbands clothes on the lawn and sets them on fire.

I replaced my little baby 20-something inch TV with a 40 inch TV and oh mylanta. I've never had my own TV this size before. My dad used to always go big with stuff like this, so I feel like I channeled him a little when I made my decision. Just added some LED backlighting to it and ohhhhh boy this thing is pretty. Can't wait to do some gaming on it.

@amarand It's pretty adorable. He's having trouble making friends because everyone assumes he's scary since he's tall and intimidating, and she doesn't have friends because she doesn't understand personal space/boundaries and people don't like her.. and they somehow just click and end up best friends. Totally wholesome cuteness each episode.

It always baffles me when captions are blatantly wrong. The character in this anime I'm watching is named Aharen and I've already seen her referred to as "Arden" and "Aladdin" so far.

So Nimoy has been way more anxious lately and drugging him for storms has become trickier. The last 2 times it didn't really work and he ended up peeing all over my bedroom floor. So I'm trying a calming supplement called Solliquin with him daily to see if it makes a difference before I jump to trying something more substantial like fluoxetine.
