Even in my dreams I'm a bonehead. I dreamt I was on some huge school trip (I haven't been in school since 2000.) and digging through my stuff for a face wipe. I grabbed what I thought was one and rubbed it all over my face, but the result wasn't a refreshed and cool face. What if actually used was a wipe infused with something like IcyHot. So I rubbed that all over my face. Wtf!? Only me. π€¦πΌββοΈ
@amarand I wish!!! Monday nights we're open until 7:30 and I was seriously sitting there at the desk trying not to fall asleep.
@amarand Yeah, he was trying to fix an issue with our end of day thing and didn't tell us first. So I couldn't check people in, see why they were here for their appointment, invoice them, nada. So much fun.
@Kaysymmetry My previous cat, Swiffer, would only allow belly rubs from my father. He would lay upside down in his lap and just let him rub it and pick out his little knots. (He was long-haired) My current cat, McGee.. yeah. I would never dream of it. π
The playlist I've been listening to while I read my current book is all fantasy themed stuff and tends to be a lot of the World of Warcraft soundtrack. Every time this one rolls around I get so nostalgic. Silvermoon City was one of my favorite places to run around and just listen to the ambient background music. I love this one.
@chuck242 That part was so great!
@amarand totally random, but that one on the right reminds me so much of a Pandaren character I used to have when I played World of Warcraft. ππ I can't even remember his name now, but he was a rogue and I played him like he was really bad at it. Like he thought you couldn't see his huge panda butt sneaking up on you or hiding in shadows. It was fun.
@rpardee I didn't even know motion smoothing was a thing. I just recently got a Samsung smart TV and I hated it's menu and navigation so I just plugged my Roku back into it. π€·ββοΈ
If anyone is looking for a fun podcast to listen to, I've been a huge fan of Myths and Legends for quite a while now and I love the way he narrates the tales. He's gotten really good at it compared to the very early episodes. It covers all kinds of folklore and myths from all different cultures and he makes them really entertaining. The latest one is another Monkey King tale. I think those are my favorites.
@amarand It's actually not caffeine free. There's still coffee bean extract in it, but it is 80 percent less than just regular coffee.
