I find it interesting that there is no emphasis on NPIs and avoiding infection in the first place. Vaccination is all that's discussed at this point. Yeah, I am vaxxed five times. Nevertheless, it is prudent to avoid getting ill.

Fever and minor flu like symptoms for me. Only for a day. General malaise for the next few. Fully vaccinated (5 injections) with the last being a bivalent in early September.

Same with Android. I have a custom sound file for notifications. I fired up Audacity on my computer and lowered the amplitude.

IDK of this will work for you on iOS. It's a bit of a pain but it was worth it to me.

Yup. I got the same email message advising of the breach last night. There's really nothing overly sensitive on their site. Mostly open source intel derived from news media and advisory bulletins. My main concern is the leak of member data.

@Becca5620 I cought *something* at that T-day event. RAT was negative, not bad enough to be influenza, symptoms not matching a common cold.

Malaise, low grade fever, slight cognitive issues. Only for two days. Fine now.

As a precaution, I used Enovid, the Israeli nasal prophylaxis. Perhaps that did some good.
