It is a fallacy that the economy and the government exist in separate realms. Every government under the sun has economic policies in which they interact with and influence, the economy. There are very strong correlations between certain economic arrangements and government types: totalitarian or even authoritarian regimes never have market economies. That is no accident.

Professional: What would increase confidence if all states had ballot tracking and you could look up what happens to your vote and when. Some states do not have ballot tracking - including MO where I live. Emotional but also fact: lots of folks have been tracking their ballots and know that their vote was not counted.

I have two answers: factual and emotional. Both are true. Factual: because organizing and running elections is a right reserved to the individual states, they decide which types of votes are counted when. Consequently, some states start counting early and mail ballots only after all of the day of ballots are counted, and some start counting them at start of election day. Nobody counts them as they come in. Emotional: this is a fucking R ploy to create a Red Mirage.

As I bid you goodnight, I want to highly recommend watching "Conclave" if you have not done so yet. It is a visual feast w exquisite acting and more suspense than I would expect in a drama. Also a great message.

I love in a household w only one other human us four dogs plus nine cats. My hands are always in need of moisturizing because of cleaning products. That said, though, my exercise of choice is bellydance and I am a teacher, so other than furbabies' care, I don't put my hands through too much.
