Despite this week's horrible events, I actually had a pleasant Saturday.
Got some time out with nature, finding a few ancient treasures, spent some time with my spouse, ran into a former student I'd been worried about, and got to watch my students play their last home football game of the season. . .
these are the things that make life good.
