Starting to harvest oyster mushrooms I’m growing. I think they’re king oyster mushrooms but am not 100% on the specific variety. And no, they’re not hallucinogenic. I diced one up yesterday on a pizza.

@redenigma No I don’t. I got a mushroom growing kit on a whim from Amazon.
I have shiitake I just started last weekend. I plan mini air fried shiitake pizzas and soup too.
